We will ship your purchase from our California warehouse location 2-3 business days after checkout for in-stock item(s), pending payment authorization and processing time. Your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days after it is shipped, depending on your shipping location.

All delivery estimates are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, shipping method, and weather conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders. In the event an order is cancelled, an email notification is sent to advise of the cancellation reason and status.

We ship to select international countries supported by UPS.
Orders placed to Canada will be shipped via USPS and packages are transferred to Canada Post upon clearance into the country.
For all international customers, your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier shipping.
Please note that for international shipments, your purchase may be subject to additional customs, excise and/or duty charges, to be charged separately by your carrier. Any additional customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Note all international sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on products shipped outside the United States.
As we try our best to keep the inventory up-to-date, if the item(s) is out-of-stock, we will contact you over the phone or email with the options to refund the purchase or wait for the item(s) to become available. We will inform you of the item(s) availability to our best knowledge at the point of contact to help you to make your decision.
If the item is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel any orders and a full refund of the purchase price will be processed back to the original payment method.
Return to Sender Shipments
Any package(s) that is undelivered and returned to sender by the carrier will be subject to an additional restocking fee taken from the total refund amount. Restocking fees will be determined by the cost of freight charged by the carrier to return the package(s) back to our facilities. Refunds can only be processed once the package is received and verified. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
